Payment Methods We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. For security purposes were reserve the right to require additional identity verification. We reserve the right to reject any credit card transaction and require another form of payment. Money Orders and Cashiers checks are also accepted, personal checks are not accepted. Shipping Charges/Shipping times Shipping charges are estimated during checkout for orders that are less then 150lbs. Single items over 150 lbs cannot be shipped via UPS and must be shipped freight. In this case you will be notified of shipping charges and your order will not ship until these charges are confirmed. Most orders are shipped from Syracuse, NY by UPS Ground within 1-2 days. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday it will normally be shipped the next business day. Warranties Product warranties are limited to those provided by the equipment manufacturer. Popcorn Supply Co. makes no other warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any Warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Popcorn Supply Co. shall have no liability to customer or any other person or entity with respect to any liability, loss or damage arising out of or connected with the merchandise including, but not limited to, any claim for incidental or consequential damages, regardless of any warranty included with the merchandise. Please refer to manufacturer’s or vendor’s warranty included with the merchandise to determine the remedies available in the event of a defect in materials or workmanship. Damage We take great care to pack our shipments to prevent damage in transit, however sometimes damage does occur. If a product arrives damaged please notify the delivery driver and have them make a notation of the damage on the delivery receipt. All cartons and packing materials must be saved for inspection by the delivery company. Pricing All prices are subject to change without notice. Returns No returns will be accepted for any reason without written approval. To request a return authorization please E-Mail us at sales@popcornsupply.com and include your original order number. No refunds will be given on shipping charges. Any product returned must be shipped back prepaid at the customer’s expense. All returns are subject to a restocking charge of 25%. Food products and food packaging materials cannot be returned. Any item that has been used, assembled or is not in the original carton cannot be returned.
