Chocolate Dip Coating 5519

This chocolate dip works better than the standaed ice cream dip products. It's specially compunded to work with a slightly warmed surface - adhering in a relatively thin coating and requiring no refrigeration.  Heat to 125°F to 140°F to coat product. Product to be coated should be at room temperature.

A quick drying, High Gloss chocolate coating. This superior Chocolate Coating is made with real cocoa butter.
Please note this is not designed for use on ice cream. Chocolate coats Apples, Cookies, Waffles, Doughnuts, Fudge Puppies, etc.
