Waffles are profitable too! You dip the iron in batter, fry, release, then sprinkle with confectioners sugar. Singles are served on a piece of wax paper. The secret to making good waffles is in the mix and our French Waffle Mix is the best! This is a one step mix. Just add water.
French Waffle Mix:
Full Bag - 90 TO 100 Waffles
5 Lbs French Waffle Mix
6Lb. 4oz (100oz. - 12½ Cups) Water
If making Smaller Batches, use the following as a guide.
½ the Bag - 45 to 50 Waffles
2½ Lbs (8½ - 9 Cups) French Waffle Mix
6¼ Cups Water
¼ the Bag - 22 to 25 Waffles
1¼ Lbs (approx. 4¼ - 4½ Cups) French Waffle Mix
3⅛ Cups Water
Be sure to use a well "Seasoned" French waffle iron. To Season Molds, place in hot (375) oil for several minutes. REMOVE molds from fryer and drain excess oil.
"Dip" molds carefully into the batter - DO NOT DIP SO DEEPLY THAT BATTER COMES UP OVER THE TOP EDGE OF CASTING.
INGREDIENTS: Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononiphate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Whole Egg, Leavaning (Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate) and artificial Flavor.
