How do I purchase a product?
First you must add products to your shopping
cart. As your browsing for products you can set the quantity
that you want to purchase and then click the Add
button. This will put the item into your cart. Once
you have all of the items in your cart, click the checkout
button/link and you will be asked for your shipping and
billing information to complete the order.
Do I need to enter a
password when I fill out a order?
When you order, a password is required. This
allows us to save your information for the next time you
order. All credit card information is sent using a
secure connection and is encrypted.
How can I find the
product I am looking for?
There are a few different ways you can do
this. On each page on the left there are links to
all of the categories. You can also use the search
box on the left top of every page.
Can I tell if my order
has shipped?
You will be notified via email when your order status
changes.
Can
I view my previous orders?
Yes you can. If you click on the account link
then login using your email and password you'll be able to
view your previous orders.
I lost my password, how
can I get a new password?
Click on the account link and
click on the forget your password link, Enter your
email address and your current password will be email to
you.
Is my credit card number
secure when I order?
Yes, when you complete your order all
information that is sent to PopcornSupply.com is encrypted
and hidden from prying eyes. Your credit card
information is only stored to process your current
order. When you leave the site and come back to
order again you will need to re-enter your credit card
information.

Why
cant my shipping charges always be calculated when I order?
Because of the weight and the size of most of the products
calculating shipping charges ahead of time can become
quite complicated and would result in over charging for
shipping. This is why we do not create a flat rate
for shipping. Some larger items such as Popcorn
Machines need to be shipping via freight. If we can
estimate shipping charges then we will. In the cases
that we cannot estimate the charges then we will email you
with the total shipping cost for you to approve.
Can
I shop if I have cookies turned off?
You will need to set your browser to accept cookies to
shop at www.popcornsupply.com.
While shopping we save a temporary id number to keep track
of your basket contents while your shopping. If you
would rather not turn on cookies please feel free to call
