76° Coconut Oil possesses unusual properties that make it unique among edible fats and oils. The large number of short chain fatty acids result in this product being a solid below and liquid above room temperature. It is highly stable against oxidation so it is frequently the oil of choice when long shelf life is desired. The low viscosity imparts a less greasy mouth feel when compared to other edible oils. Shelf life is 2 years plus but it's at it's best if used within 1 year.
Applications: Used in the Food Industry such as Nut Roasting, Popcorn Popping, and Coatings
